I was referred to Hatam Algraffee by my dentist because I needed specialist periodontal treatment and specialist treatment is most definitely what I received!Hatam made me feel as if I had been a patient with him for years on my first visit- following his assessment he explained his findings and the treatment plan clearly and was honest about the possible outcomes. Hatam clearly has great technical skill and knowledge along with years of experience but he is also very empathetic and caring and has a great sense of humour- all of which made the whole experience as positive as you could hope for.The outcome of my treatment was so much better than I had hoped for and I am so grateful that my dentist knew about Hatam’s work and referred me! This is a lovely dental practice. I am a long-standing patient and have always had exceptional service. Maxine, on reception, is always warm and welcoming, as are all the staff. I have a broken crown and compromised dental root, but my recent consultation with Dr Tarki was thorough and informative, explaining clearly my options for treatment. He is very patient and understanding and took time to listen to my concerns and talked me through the various types of procedure, helping me to reach a decision. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this dental practice.

Firstly, full marks to Sam in Kent Smile Studio’s Maidstone practice who made an excellent first impression when I called to make an enquiry about dental implants. She couldn’t have been more helpful and I booked a no obligation consultation at the Orpington surgery, close to where I’ve just moved to.I immediately felt welcomed by Maxine followed by an in depth assessment by implant specialist Shushil Dattani, supported by his lovely dental nurse Leah.There was no pressure whatsoever and I felt very comfortable. I was extremely impressed with their approach, knowledge and professionalism, so after the exploratory discussion, I decided to go ahead with 3 implants.They were able to do all the necessary scans, X-rays etc straight away.They’ve just carried out the surgery a couple of weeks later and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I’ve received so far. It was particularly difficult as my mouth doesn’t open very wide which makes it uncomfortable for me and challenging for the dentist, but Shushil and Leah put me completely at ease. I had complete confidence in them, they were so reassuring.The post surgery after care from the whole team has been amazing …. a reassuring late night response from Shushil when I was concerned about some bleeding, a follow up call from Maxine to see how I was getting on and a prompt response to my questions, then additional face to face advice from Leah on caring for my mouth and implants until my review appointment.I cannot fault the service so far, well done Kent Smile Studio!

I had initially been referred here for a specialist root canal treatment which was done very well and my tooth was saved by Angelo.I am now visiting here for sorting out my other issues with Paras who has been amazing and very thorough.I also have a gum issue for which I visited Holly. Holly did a great job not only with the cleaning, but she sorted out an issue with my fillings on my front teeth which I did not expect, I was quite impressed with this.Be aware that when booking an appointment here, you are required to make a full payment in advance.

Angelo has been amazing throughout each and every appointment I've had with him, he is fantastic at explaining exactly what he is going to do and outlining each step to keep you informed. Caring and considerate. The specialists I have seen there are meticulous about the pros and cons for each treatment and seem to have a more holistic approach to dentistry. The nurses are excellent and the receptionist just wonderful, taking the time to phone with reminders and check-up calls after treatments . Not the closest to me but certainly worth the journey .

Holly was friendly and took time to ensure that my teeth looked and felt comfortable and clean. I have a long history of gum issues and I see an hygienist every 3 months. I felt welcomed, comfortable and confident in the care and expertise I experienced at Kent smile studio Orpington. Anish immediately made me feel at ease, his knowledge and expertise is extensive and he expertly extracted an awkward wisdom tooth and Laleh ensured I didn’t feel a thing: sedation was worth every penny! They all looked after me brilliantly and listened to my interests and concerns. I always felt I was in good hands. The receptionist was also lovely and the dental nurse was fantastic too. I hope to never need another tooth out but if I did, I wouldn’t hestitate to trust this team with the task and look forward to chatting to them all again.

Dr Amir Tarki is very gentle. I am extremely nervous when I go to the dentist. Dr Amir made me feel comfortable by explaining regularly what he was going to do and what I was going to feel. That definitely made a difference to me.I was also very impressed that I did not feel anything when he used the needle to do the anaesthesia! I had a filling, and everything was completely painless from start to finish, including hours after the procedure.If you've had bad experiences in the past at the dentist, I recommend you pay Dr Amir Tarki a visit.

Had an emergency appointment with Amir Tarki this morning. I was on holiday and had terrible toothache. I emailed Amir from Crete for an appointment as soon as I was back and received an immediate response with a 10.30 appointment today! Flew home yesterday. Such a relief. I need some work done to sort out the problem but I can’t recommend Amir highly enough. His professionalism is outstanding, he’s kind, knowledgeable and very reassuring. I feel I’m in safe hands.

My wife had four wisdom teeth removed under sedation and she cannot fault the amazing way that she was cared for. The team consisted of Pascal, Anish, Hayley and Maxine who made all the arrangements. Everything was explained clearly beforehand and they went to great lengths to make sure that everything went smoothly on the day. Clear aftercare notes were provided and a courtesy call made afterwards to check that all was well with her.The team are still the same, only the business name has changed recently. Amir has to be one of the most gentle dentists who has ever treated me. There is never any hard selling, he always has plenty of time to answer my questions and to explain exactly what any treatment is for.I’m happy to recommend Amir and his team.

I am so grateful to live so close by to SmileMaker. I had been to a few dentists far and wide as I needed cosmetic work done however none had delivered a result I had hoped for until I found Dr Amir who has quite literally changed my life for the better. I was beyond pleased with how my teeth looked after treatment. I had aligners, whitening, cosmetic bonding and a bridge fitted. I love this place, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everything is high standard, from the level of cleanliness, professionalism and to the level of work they do. About a year and half ago i decided to seek help as my gum was breeding, its been dreeding for about 4 years, but I didn't do anything about it. However a year and half ago the dreeding was so much, so I decided so seek medical help.I was walking in Orpington High Street and saw Smile maker . I called them the next day and booked an appointment. I'm very happy with my experience with them. My gum doesn't breed anymore, its more healthier. Plus I straighten my teeth with them.my before and after pictures.
